Warranty Statement

Product warranty service:
From the date of purchase, the entire machine comes with a one-year warranty. Exchange service: If a non-human error occurs within one month from the date of purchase, the replacement service can be provided for free. If this period is exceeded, we will only provide free repair service. This service requires our after-sales technical engineers to first evaluate the faulty equipment. After confirming the fault, our company will send the replacement equipment to the customer through the courier carrier within 24 hours. Afterwards, the customer needs to send the faulty equipment back to our company within 10 days. Otherwise, the cost of the replacement equipment will be charged based on the current list price of the equipment.
Exchange conditions:
The faulty equipment for replacement must have intact appearance and packaging, complete accessories, and a warranty card or purchase certificate issued.
Repair service:
The customer needs to return the faulty equipment to our company first, provide a solution to the customer within 24 hours of receiving the equipment, and send the repaired equipment back to the customer within 7 working days; Our company will only bear the shipping cost incurred during the sending and receiving of maintenance equipment.

During the warranty period, if the following situations occur, the warranty service cannot be enjoyed
1. The entire product or components have exceeded the warranty period;
2. Malfunctions or damages caused by incorrect installation, storage, and use by product users who did not follow the instructions;
3. Product malfunction or damage caused by self repair, modification, or disassembly; Malfunctions or damages caused by the use of non manufacturer approved components;
4. Malfunctions or damages caused by unexpected or human factors (including computer viruses, handling, squeezing, bumping, water seepage, floods, scratches, impacts, high temperatures, input of unqualified voltage, corrosion, etc.);
5. Malfunctions or damages caused by the use of non-standard or non-public software; Malfunctions or damages caused by natural disasters or other force majeure factors (such as earthquakes, fires, etc.);
6. Other malfunctions or damages caused by non product design, technology, manufacturing, quality, and other issues;
7. The serial number label is missing, damaged, blurry, or has traces of manual alteration.
